The previous posts were actually made while the site was under development on my local machine. Moving the completed site to the host was a bit of a challenge. I expected that links made on my development machine would have to be updated to work on the server, so I did a search and replace on my exported database in order to fix them. It turned out that WordPress stores links in its database as serialized data. A simple search and replace doesn’t update the length tags, resulting in breakage.
